As a result of her many years of practice as an employment attorney and professional trainer Ms. Sullivan is able to bring to the mediation process extensive experience from both the employer and the employee perspective. She is a California certified mediator with over one hundred hours in specialized Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process training, as well as litigation assessment skills, judicial risk analysis and a background in human behavior, employee skill development and change management. 

The direct monetary savings a company enjoys from the use of Mediation/ADR results primarily from a reduction in outside counsel and expert witness fees and other costs associated with preparing a case for trial. However, the emotional benefits in resolving a dispute in its early stages in a manner that each party finds fair cannot be overlooked.
